It is important to note that this app functions as a stand-alone tool and does not convert your Apple device into an external monitor. While ad banners are present in the app, these can be disabled through an additional in-app purchase within the 'About the App' menu.

This digital director's viewfinder assists in visualizing the exact field of view for your upcoming shot. By selecting a camera from the menu and adjusting the wheel to choose the lens's focal length, users can tailor their perspective accordingly.

The Magic ViewFinder supports various cameras including Helium 8K, Gemini, Weapon 8K, Scarlet-W, Weapon Dragon, Epic Dragon / Mysterium-X, Scarlet Dragon / Mysterium-X, and Red One. Additionally, it simulates the usage of teleadapters or anamorphic optics on your camera, allowing users to select the aspect ratio of the frame guide overlaying their image from the menu.
